Well, we have seen some of these move to patrol, and there are new correctional deputies who have joined us since this picture was taken. And there are even a few that weren’t able to make the picture that day as well. But with that said, this is the latest and best group photo we have from our Corrections Division. (It’s kinda hard to get them all in the same place at once!)
This week is National Corrections Officer Appreciation week! We cannot overstate the great work our Correctional Deputies do here at the DeSoto Detention Center. They have a duty that is like none other, and an immense responsibility to both the safety of the public, as well as our office staff. So, our hats are off to these men and women who put on the uniform each day, work the long night shifts, and show an abundance of dedication. Thank you all for everything that you do!
