Due to extremely high water usage and low tank levels, the DeSoto Parish Waterworks District #1 is enforcing restrictions on water usage. Citizens should discontinue any grass watering, any car washes, or any use of water other than for domestic purposes. Water must be conserved for fire protection throughout the parish.
