The River City Fest Committee and the Logansport Chamber of Commerce would like to invite all local businesses, churches, organizations, etc., to participate in the RCF’s 2nd Annual “Night Treat on Elm Street”, held on October 31 from 6-8pm at the Logansport Riverfront Park.
Everyone is welcome to set up a table or booth, decorate, dress up and pass out candy, goodies, and even set up games. The RCF Committee will have cornhole boards set up for kids to play and a costume contest. The Chamber will have their pumpkin glow along with a movie on the riverfront at 7pm, and there will be music and a dance area, along with much more for the kids. There will also be costume contest for ages 0-12 and a best decorated or themed booth contest.
