Mansfield High School reached a milestone as the district broke ground for the new covered practice facility for Mansfield athletics and auxiliary groups.

The district is grateful to have Mayor Thomas Jones, School Board Members Alice Thomas, Rosie Mayweather, Bobby Boyd, Ronnie Morris, and Donnie Dufour, Athletic Director, Coach Darrell Barbay, Principal Anesha Ross, Director of Administration Brandon Burback, and Supervisor of Strategic Initiatives and Student Opportunities Josh Dahlem join it for this special occasion.

Thanks to DeSoto Parish board members for their support. This state-of-the-art facility will provide a space for students to train, perform, and grow—all while keeping DeSoto’s core value of high performance at the core of student success.
