STANLEY, La. – Stanley High School Future Farmers of America (FFA) students are putting their technical skills, creativity and craftsmanship to work as they prepare projects for competition at the State Fair.
Students have been busy designing, constructing and completing a variety of projects that demonstrate their abilities in agricultural mechanics, fabrication and hands-on problem-solving.
Among the projects highlighted by Stanley High School are a Harley-Davidson-themed fire pit and an outdoor fish and game cleaning station. Both projects showcase the students’ ability to combine practical functionality with creative design.
The projects provide students with opportunities to apply skills learned through their agricultural education program while gaining valuable experience in planning, construction and craftsmanship.
