Week ten and parish football teams wrap up their regular seasons.  There is a lot on the line tonight for both Mansfield and North DeSoto.  Logansport has already wrapped up their season.

The Griffins are trying to complete a perfect district season tonight when they travel to Northwood.  After last week’s trouncing of Woodlawn 57-0, North DeSoto is 4-0 in 4-A district 1.  They have an opportunity to clinch the district title tonight.

Mansfield is seeking district glory also.  Last week the Wolverines celebrated homecoming and senior night but did not prevail on the field.  Final score was North Webster 38 and Mansfield 22.  Mansfield wraps up their season with a district match at home against Loyola.

It was a big finish Thursday night for the Logansport Tigers.  They defeated Montgomery 62 to 24.  That brought their 1A. district 3 record to 5-0.

Football playoff brackets should be released by LSHAA over the coming weekend.
