Saturday February 19th is the day for a Mardi Gras celebration at St Ann’s Catholic Church of Stonewall. The fun begins at 1:00 pm.
This will be St. Ann’s first Mardi Gras Carnival and they are planning for it to become an annual event. Featured on the day will be a gumbo cook-off. The band Broken Chains will perform live. Also, there will be a trunk parade and a king cake walk.
