The Journal congratulates another winner in our “Valentine $100 and a Red Rose” contest.  Today’s winner is Balinda Youngblood.

As we congratulate Balinda, let us again say congrats to Bubba Clark of Logansport.  Bubba and his daughter are pictured with this article receiving his check and beautiful red rose from Britt at the Flower Shop in Mansfield.  They are the winners from our Wednesday edition.
