Some tidbits on events and accomplishments at schools in the parish.

Last week Logansport High recognized the 8th grader softball team.  The school said, “Great season ladies, 10-5 on the season!”

DeSoto Schools issued Congratulations to the North DeSoto High Wrestling Team. They return with 4 state champion wrestlers.

The North DeSoto English III AP students culminated their analysis of American colonial literature with an assimilation from “The Scarlet Letter” by confessing their character flaws to their peers and the first steps to working on making themselves better people.

NDHS Players had 24 outstanding performances of Charlotte’s Web.  Congratulations, Mr. Compas and the NDHS Players.
