For the second month, the North DeSoto Lower Elementary School Griffins are the winners of the Attendance Matters Challenge. They were recognized at the meeting of the DeSoto Parish School Board last Thursday night.
Superintendent Clay Corley presented Principal Russell Tabor the banner and posed for photos after the meeting. It was the banner that Tabor had brought to the meeting. North DeSoto Lower Elementary had won the Attendance Matters Challenge in April.
NDLE becomes the first school to repeat as monthly challenge winner. The Attendance Challenge was begun late last year.
