The North DeSoto Griffins Baseball team is on the road Friday to Assumption High School in Napoleonville. They will play the Mustangs in a best of three series to advance to the state baseball semi-finals on May 11th. The sixth seed Griffins will play their first game at 4:00 pm Wednesday.
Earlier the Griffins came back in a 3 game series to win games 2 and 3 against Erath. Scores in those games were 3-4, 15-6 and 7-5.
