DeSoto Parish Deputies are trying to locate the owner of this horse, pictured in this post. She was picked up around the Bates Road area Monday night. We are planning to attempt and see if the animal is chipped, but the horse is a bit wild at the moment. As much as we love animals, a good firm kick to the teeth just isn’t something any of us desire at this point in time.
