North DeSoto Middle School is celebrating the accomplishments of sixth-grade athlete Harper following an impressive performance at the Louisiana State Games.

According to school officials, Harper earned a first-place finish in the high jump competition and also captured third place in the 80-meter hurdles event.

The achievements highlight Harper’s athletic talent and dedication while competing against athletes from across the state during the Louisiana State Games.

Faculty, coaches, classmates, and supporters congratulated the young athlete on the strong showing and praised the hard work that led to the podium finishes.

North DeSoto Middle School shared its excitement over the accomplishment, offering congratulations and recognition for representing the school and community well in statewide competition.

The Louisiana State Games provide student-athletes from across Louisiana an opportunity to compete in a variety of sports while promoting sportsmanship, athletic development, and community pride.
