All branches of the DeSoto Parish Library are planning a full program of events for this month and next. Their holiday newsletter is attached to this article for full details.
Among the events at the main branch in Mansfield is a holiday open house. That will be held from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on December 8, 2021. There are also movie nights, games, crafts, projects and other events scheduled.
The Logansport branch is planning a “Letter to Santa” campaign so everyone can tell St. Nick just what they want under their tree. Make your reservations December 4th for Breakfast With Santa. Space is limited for this event. Their Open House is December 13 through 17i.
The Pelican branch is offering an opportunity to play virtual reality. Parental permission is required for youngsters. There is the continuing Big Buck Contest. Open house at the Pelican branch will be on December 9.
Enjoy Story Hour in November and December at the Stonewall branch library. They are holding Holiday Open House on December 9 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm.
