Heather Gannon of the DeSoto Parish Chamber of Commerce notified the Journal that their monthly luncheon for September will be next Tuesday. They meet at noon at the Chamber building in downtown Mansfield.
Scheduled Speaker is Hunter Lee Mannies. He is a local author and the source of great spices for preparing delicious dishes. In fact, the Caterer will be Benwood’s Surely Southern and Chief Hunter Lee Mannies.
The September Chamber Lunch will be complementary; however RSVP is requested to aid in planning. Please RSVP by 11:00 am Friday, September 16th. The chamber said RSVP’s after Friday WILL NOT be provided lunch.
