The speaker today at the meeting of the Mansfield Rotary Club will be Hewitt Strange, the Son of Griff and Fran Hewitt Strange, who both grew up here in Mansfield.  Hewitt is one of the founders of an LLC called “No Camps” that is working in Poland to help with the Ukraine refuge relief efforts.  They have two hotels in Krakow, Poland specifically for women, children and elderly men that are fleeing the war.  Rotary International has a strong humanitarian presence in the Ukraine area and want to support efforts like this.  Mansfield Rotary invites the public to come hear Hewitt Strange’s exciting message and update at noon today at the Calhoun Center.

North DeSoto High said JROTC did great at the recent Natchitoches Central Meet.  They earned a first place on Inspection, a first place on Regulation, and a first place in Exhibition.  JROTC also earned a second Place Overall in Unarmed Division.
