The DeSoto Regional Health System foundation is sponsoring an “Improving Life Everyday”
5K Run/Walk on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 8:00 am. The DRHS Foundation raises funds to assist DeSoto Regional Hospital in providing excellent health care for our rural communities through the funding of much needed capital improvements and projects.
The Race will start at the Helipad next to the Hospital and continue through the surrounding neighborhood of Mansfield. The entry fee is $30 now through June 3. On race day the fee will be $35. Pay with a credit card online at sportspecturmusa.com or pay with cash, check, or credit card at Sportspectrum in Shreveport. Or send payment to PO Box 1636, Mansfield.
Folks registering prior to midnight May 20, 2022, are guaranteed a race shirt.
Packet pick-up will be at Sportspectrum on Wednesday, June 1st, at the hospital main entrance on Thursday June 2nd and Friday June 3rd. Race packets will also be available at the race site at 7:00 am the day of the race.
If you would like to support a runner, but are unable to attend the race, you may donate or purchase a race packet online at the Sportspectrum website or through the Hospital. You will receive a t-shirt with your donation.
Overall male and female winners will receive a cash award. Additionally, 1st male and female in each age group will receive an award.
